She famously served as the Campaign Manager for Colorado Governor Jared Polis’ historic 2022 re-election campaign, leading him to a record 19.6% victory margin—one of the highest win margins for any Democratic gubernatorial incumbent in the country.

Her expertise isn't just local; as a former Federal and Gubernatorial Campaigns Director for EMILY’s List, she recruited and advised pro-choice women candidates nationwide, helping to reshape the face of leadership across the United States.

From the Campaign Trail to Your Mission

Sarah’s experience spans the most prestigious offices in the country, including roles within President Barack Obama’s White House and re-election campaign, as well as Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential campaign. She also served as the Chief of Staff for the Colorado Governor’s Office of Economic Development, where she oversaw a $65 million annual operating budget and all strategic operations.
